After two successful trade missions to the ADB in 2006 and 2008, the Netherlands Embassy in Manila will again organise another trade mission in cooperation with the other Embassies belonging to the so-called ‘Ice Constituency’: Canada, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Ireland and the Netherlands. The business mission is organised in close cooperation with Team International Organisations (TIO) of the EVD (Agenschap NL).

The joint trade mission, which will take place from 8 to 10 March 2010 in Manila, will not only offer you the opportunity to network with the important ADB project officers and to broaden existing contacts, it is also a unique occasion to meet with participants from other countries. Collaboration between organisations and the creation of consortium has proven to be increasingly importance to win projects at the bank.

The programme will consist of collective and individual activities. It will starts on Monday evening 8 March with a networking event.  On 9 and 10 March the collective programme will take place, and on 8, 11, and 12 March individual appointments with project officers can be scheduled for you.

The Embassy will take care of the costs of the organisation and participation of the programme (25 places available). The participant has to take care of his or her travel and lodging costs.

Please be informed that while we could still register interested participants after 8 February 2010, their company’s profile will not be included in the mission brochure, since the deadline for the profile is 8 February 2010.
